Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing manpower budgets and hiring plan.
∎ To ensure recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, job advertisement, CV screening, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
∎ Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
∎ Administering Compensation and Company Programs.
∎ Serve as a point of contract for employees regarding administrative matters.
∎ Assure compliance with labor laws, regulations and internal policies.
∎ Assist in designing and implementing employee development programs and initiative.
∎ Keep track record of hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
∎ Prepare different drafts, reports, letter as directed by the management.
∎ To systematize, implement and carryout an effective and timely performance appraisal of employees especially of new employee as per performance appraisal policy.
∎ Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
∎ To arrange different Training Program.
∎ Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly.
∎ To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place.
∎ Assist in the implementation of change management strategies.
∎ Coordinate compliance issues, safety & security, and hygiene as per company standards.
∎ Execution of the day-to-day recruitment operations.
∎ Assist in various event organization and source-required logistics.
∎ Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
