Candidates must have prior work experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a pharmaceutical company.
Responsibilities & Context
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
Monitor and inspect the HVAC system daily to ensure smooth operation and maintain a daily logbook.
Provide electro-mechanical support to vendors during HVAC system maintenance activities, as required.
Prepare and review SOPs, yearly preventive maintenance plans, and qualification/re-qualification protocols and reports for the HVAC system.
Monitor daily BMS system operations for the respective areas to ensure compliance with environmental conditions.
Plan, design, and oversee factory engineering operations.
Knowledge & Skills required in – AutoCAD, Project Management Software for scheduling and resource management, Communication/Presentation, Machine, Process, Utility, HVAC, Installation and Qualification, Technical Assessment, Vendor management, etc.
