Responsibilities & Context
Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, and respond to customer inquiries.
Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns, promotional content, and online sales activities.
Actively generate new catering orders from corporate offices, banks, educational institutions, restaurants, events, and individual customers.
Visit corporate offices and potential clients to promote catering services, present menus, share quotations, and secure orders.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, telephone calls, messaging, social media, and in-person meetings.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders and generate repeat business.
Promote corporate meal packages, snack boxes, event catering, and the company’s food products.
Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure timely preparation and fulfillment of orders.
Supervise order dispatch to ensure the correct items, quantities, packaging, and invoices are ready before delivery.
Monitor deliveries to ensure orders reach customers on time and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with delivery personnel and maintain communication with customers regarding order status.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, follow-up schedules, and monthly sales reports.
Work toward monthly catering sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.
