Digital Marketing Specialist

• A bachelor's degree from any recognized university.
• Candidates with a degree in Marketing or BBA will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing a monthly advertising budget of at least BDT 300,000 across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Ability to demonstrate previous campaign performance data, including ROAS, CPL, and CPA.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Working knowledge of at least one SEO tool, such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or equivalent design tools.
• Interest in using AI-powered marketing tools.
• Strong written communication skills in both Bangla and English.

CODS Clothing Co. is a growing fashion and apparel brand that sells products through both online and offline channels. To increase brand awareness and boost online sales, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities

Paid Advertising:

• Plan, set up, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Manage on-page and technical SEO for the website.
• Conduct keyword research and increase organic traffic.

Content & Copywriting*

• Write advertising copies, product descriptions, and social media captions in both Bangla and English.

Performance Analysis*

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads dashboards.

Lead Generation*

• Generate quality leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up.

Supporting Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Prepare content calendars and brief the creative team.
• Manage basic content activities on YouTube and LinkedIn.

### Salary & Benefits

*Monthly Salary:* BDT 30,000-45,000
