Advisor/ Consultant, Client Management, Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a successful social media and community management strategy for all clients on all the major social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest along with conventional methods
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence
∎ Update website newsroom with a newsletter & video session on a regular basis according to management instruction
∎ Update Facebook every week focused on any kind of Australian migration news or legislation change
∎ Marketing through social media channels account and post all the Australian immigration legislation updates when needed
∎ Calling clients who responded through digital marketing and request for their CV to assess eligibility.
∎ Email & SMS Marketing very frequently and discuss with the outcome with Immi visa consultant and management
∎ Video Marketing through Facebook, Website, YouTube & online news portal
∎ Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
∎ Consult with both local and international clients for the Student visa and other Permanent & Temporary Residency visas for Australia if required
∎ Prepare skill assessments and various kind of Australian visa applications if required
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients.
∎ Conducting research on any given topic, Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
∎ To write content understanding grammar rules and how to construct clear sentences
∎ Being mindful of things like flow, readability, and sentence variety
∎ Computer literacy, as content writers use computers to create projects and to communicate with their team
∎ Your duties can be changed from time to time by the management, and you need to cope-up with the changing motion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have a high fluency in English both verbal and email communication
∎ Good computer skills
∎ Mature professional manner
∎ Positive personality
∎ Well organized, Self-motivated
∎ Result oriented
∎ Strong phone and email contact handling skills and active listening
