1. Prepare complete electrical design and drawings for building projects, including LV power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, emergency power, generator/UPS systems, and related electrical services.

2. Prepare and coordinate Low Voltage / ELV systems including fire alarm, data/communication, CCTV, access control, PA/BGM and other relevant systems as required by the project.

3. Must have practical experience working under a senior electrical designer/consultant and be capable of independently developing design calculations, drawings, schedules, BOQ and technical documents.

4. Design work shall comply with applicable BNBC, IEC, NFPA and other relevant international/local codes and standards.

5. Should have experience in reviewing and responding to client comments, consultant comments and design coordination issues.

6. Experience in dealing with compliance requirements/comments related to Accord, Alliance, RSC or similar safety/compliance organizations will be highly preferred.

7. Must be capable of attending client meetings, technical coordination meetings and design review meetings and providing proper technical explanations and solutions.

8. Candidates should have hands-on design experience in multiple project types, preferably:

   • Hospitals / Healthcare Facilities

   • High-rise Commercial Buildings

   • Hotels

   • Industrial Buildings / Factories

9. The candidate must clearly mention in the CV the name of at least one completed or ongoing project/building under each relevant project category, together with his/her role and scope of electrical design work.

10. Experience should include coordination with architectural, structural, HVAC, fire protection and plumbing disciplines.

11. Candidate should be able to check drawings prepared by junior engineers/draftsmen and maintain design quality and documentation standards.

12. Site inspection and technical support during construction may be required when necessary.

Note: Candidates without clear practical electrical design experience and identifiable project references may not be shortlisted.
