Responsibilities & Context
1.Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
2.Supervise and manage all restaurant staff.
3.Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
4.Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
5.Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
6.Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
7.Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reports.
8.Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement.
