Executice- Factory Production

Assist the Production Manager in daily production planning, execution and supervision.

Ensure production targets, productivity and timely delivery.

Supervise production manpower and monitor attendance, discipline and work performance.

Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Store, Planning and HR & Administration.

Monitor product quality, material utilization, production efficiency and machine downtime.

Prepare daily production reports and maintain relevant records.

Ensure workplace safety, PPE compliance and implementation of 5S.

Monitor the availability and proper utilization of raw materials, components and production accessories.

Perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager and Factory Management.
