• Experience in dealer management and market development.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and ensure payment recovery.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Achieve monthly sales targets for spare parts and lubricants.

• Develop new dealers and maintain relationships with existing dealers.

• Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.

• Ensure timely collection of dealer outstanding payments.

• Monitor market demand, competitor activities, and sales performance.

• Prepare regular sales reports and implement effective sales strategies.
