∎ At least two years of hands-on experience in the field of business development in consultancy, research, and/or development sector.
∎ possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
∎ possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Bangla and English
∎ have good organizational and administrative skills
∎ have a good understanding and hands-on experience of working in/with networks, databases, and other cloud-based applications.
∎ have sound knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ have problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
∎ have the ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously
∎ have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ be a self-starter

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ According to the SOP, search and analyze potential calls (RFP/ EoI/ REoI/ RFQ).
∎ Attend pre-bid meetings and other business-related discussions.
∎ Collaborate with potential partners for Joint Venture (JV) submissions, if necessary.
∎ Identify and engage with key experts, collecting updated CVs and consent forms.
∎ Assist the team in developing proposals, including CV formatting and completing vendor information forms, tailored to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
∎ Maintain and update various databases related to business development activities regularly.
∎ Reach out to potential clients and gather information on key personnel within their organizations.
∎ Coordinate with pertinent stakeholders for business development activities.
∎ Provide regular updates on assigned tasks.
∎ Report on successes achieved and areas requiring improvement.
∎ Objective
∎ We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the "Executive—Business Development" position and join our dynamic team of professionals.
∎ The primary objective of this role is to facilitate in assessing and securing business opportunities within the research, consultancy, training, and technical assistance sectors, spanning private, public, and development arenas both nationally and internationally, leveraging the firm's internal and external resources. The selected individuals will be responsible for executing specific activities within the Communication and Business Development division.
∎ Job Responsibilities

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Range: Negotiable
∎ Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and the outcome of the recruitment assessment.
