Responsibilities & Context
Develop, implement, and regularly review product SOPs and menus.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks for all food products.
Lead R&D activities for new products, recipes, and menu innovation.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and product quality.
Lead and supervise the kitchen production team.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and production standards.
Support continuous improvement in kitchen operations and product development.
