Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering/making phone calls in a more professional manner and providing information about products and services as required.
∎ Keeping records of interactions and transactions of customers.
∎ keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments.
∎ Establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company.
∎ Networking with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing.
∎ Ensuring maximized productivity and minimized costs.
∎ Meet Customer Service daily/weekly team targets.
∎ Outdoor visit for MOU & related activities.
∎ Any other tasks given by management.
