Job Context:
∎ REVE Chat, a business unit of REVE Group, is an AI enabled omnichannel customer engagement platform that provides real time sales and support assistance. REVE Chat, seamlessly engage customers over their preferred channels to deliver an omnichannel messaging experience.
∎ We are looking for self-motivated individuals for an immediate appointment, who will look after customer communication to simplify and enhance the customer experience and accelerate sales.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer sign ups and identify the potential customers promptly and proficiently
∎ Answer all customer product and service questions, assist the customer in placing their requirements
∎ Place an outbound communication to the customer to identify the valid buying intent
∎ Utilize the opportunity to sell products and services to prospective customers and develop new revenue through use of recommended sales techniques
∎ Schedule appointments accordingly
∎ Completes, processes, and maintains applicable data for future references
∎ Perform other duties as required by supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Top-notch Interpersonal communication skills
∎ Excellent command in speaking and writing of both Bangla and English Language. Any other language speaking ability may add additional value
∎ Hard Working, Target Oriented & Self Motivated

Salary: Negotiable
