Responsibilities & Context
Conduct regular financial, operational, compliance, and process audits.
Conduct physical verification of inventory, raw materials, finished goods, spare parts & fixed assets.
Review accounting records, vouchers, bills, invoices, receipts, payments, and supporting documents.
Check compliance with company policies, SOPs & management instructions.
Identify financial irregularities, control weaknesses, process gaps, and potential fraud risks.
Assist in identifying process improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, root causes, and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close audit findings and ensure follow-up.
Conduct surprise audits and special investigations as instructed by management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
