- Age 25 to 32 years
Well conversant in English (verbal & written), Computer literacy, familiar with E-Mail & other software / ERP usage.
Experience in air freight forwarding, documentation, and cross-trade shipments.
Responsibilities & Context
Handle air freight bookings and obtain necessary approvals from shippers, agents, and consignees.
Coordinate airline bookings, flight connections, and shipment plans with the operations team.
Prepare HAWB, MAWB-related documentation, freight certificates, NOC, and C&F certificates as applicable.
Prepare and distribute pre-alert documents, including EDI submission for JAS shipments.
Coordinate warehouse cargo receiving and ensure smooth shipment execution.
Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes according to agreed commercial terms.
Follow up on receivables and payables to ensure timely settlement.
Manage cross-trade shipments, including booking, documentation, tracking, and coordination with overseas agents.
