Responsibilities & Context
CCECC Bangladesh Ltd. is inviting Executives and motivated law graduates to join its Legal Department. This role offers hands-on exposure to the day-to-day legal functions of a civil infrastructure company in Bangladesh. The selected candidates will work directly with the legal team across various operational areas including documentation, regulatory work, compliance tracking, and internal legal support.
Assist in preparing routine legal documents (affidavits, declarations, internal notes, agreements)
Support document checking and coordination related to land, contracts, and project records
Help maintain legal registers, case logs, and document trackers
Draft simple correspondences and internal summaries as per instruction
Liaise with internal departments to collect necessary supporting papers
Support compliance tasks related to RJSC, BIDA, BEZA, local authorities, etc.
Attend meetings or site/legal visits as needed for administrative/legal follow-up
Assist in preparing documentation for legal proceedings or external submissions
