Requirements
1–2 years of practical experience in HR Department.
Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of HR operations and documentation.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in payroll and HR data management.

This role requires strong hands-on Excel skills, prior HR operational experience, and the flexibility to travel to branch offices when necessary.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and selection.
Handle employee onboarding and separation processes.
Maintain and regularly update the HR database and employee records.
Maintain and organize personnel files and HR documentation.
Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently. (Very Important)
Prepare HR reports and support regular HR administrative activities.
Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Perform other HR operational activities as assigned by management.
