∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in any discipline. Graduate from English, English Medium/ Graphic Design Background will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quick respond to customer inquiry with quality communication over email and live chat
∎ Effectively manage large amount of emails
∎ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive email communication
∎ Understand customer requirements and expectations for service
∎ Update job status with notes i.e., clear instruction, actual quantity and turnaround time
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate/s should have minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
∎ Experience in handling international customers via telephone and email will be given preference.
∎ Must have the interest to work at night shift
∎ Excellent command in English writing and speaking
∎ Excellent time management skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking
∎ Excellent keyboard skills
Salary: Negotiable
