Executive (Supply Chain Management)

Experience

Education

• Masters/Equivalent, Post-graduation in Supply chain Management (SCM) will get preference.

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
• Good computer knowledge in MS office, power point, mail, internet, ERP, SCM software etc.

Responsibilities & Context

• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities for the healthcare.
• Collect and compare quotations from different suppliers/vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and related procurement documents.
• Identify reliable suppliers and maintain good vendor relationships.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Ensure timely procurement of required medicines, medical consumables, surgical items, equipment, and general supplies.
• Coordinate with hospital departments regarding purchase requirements and specifications.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Check received items against Purchase Orders, quotations, and delivery documents.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, suppliers, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Store, Accounts, Finance, and concerned departments regarding procurement and payment.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure procurement activities are conducted according to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare regular purchase reports for management.
• Any other requirement as required management time to time.
