Technical Toolkit: Hands-on proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, data modeling, basic DAX) and Advanced Excel is mandatory. Exposure to or interest in low-code automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Forms) is a massive plus.
Mindset: A strong blend of analytical skills and "shop-floor grit"—someone who is as comfortable talking to operators next to a machine as they are presenting dashboard insights to management.
Responsibilities & Context
Digitization & Automation Projects: Identify manual works, paper log sheets, and fragmented spreadsheets across both units and transition them into streamlined, digital workflows to eliminate human error.
Power BI Dashboard Development: Utilize Power BI as the primary engine for your digitization projects—turning raw, newly automated factory floor data into live, actionable dashboards for tracking KPIs, CAPAs, and Kaizen progress.
Process check & CAPA Support: Conduct routine process checks. Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and ensure corrective actions are closed on time.
Kaizen Coordination: Administer the site's idea management system, helping facilitate workshops and tracking implementation timelines.
Knowledge Standardization: Document "Good Practices" into Standardized Work Instructions to keep both manufacturing units aligned.
