Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Adobe suite, facebook ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google analytics, Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, SEO
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Analysis, Business Development, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing activities. Like- SEO, SEM, Social media, affiliate marketing, inbound marketing, public relations and other campaigns.
∎ Design and build websites, landing pages, data capture forms and other digital properties.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create efficient campaigns and optimize user experience.
∎ Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various tools to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
∎ Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers' needs.
∎ Any other task as per departmental requirement as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1-3 years practical experience in Digital Marketing & Graphics Design.
∎ In case of highly experienced candidate, educational requirements may be relaxed.
∎ Content writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite: (Adobe After effect, Adobe Premier Pro), Photoshop, and Illustrator
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
∎ Self-Motivated & Positive attitude.
∎ Customer complain handling capacity.
∎ Organized & Discipline.
