Responsibilities & Context
Context:
The Executive/Sr. Executive – Operations will oversee and support production and manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource optimization, process improvement, cost control, and cross-functional coordination. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement across manufacturing activities.
Responsibilities:
Production planning, execution, and target achievement as per budget.
Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
Control production costs, wastage, and rejection.
Efficient utilization of capital expenditure to achieve desired growth.
Coordinate with SCM, Store, QA, Maintenance & Planning departments.
Ensure product quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Supervise daily production status to meet market demand.
Research new technology for effective production.
Develop and implement new product models.
Provide technical support for machine, mold, and process improvement.
Handle emergency production issues and critical decision-making.
Monitor execution plans and production targets.
Prepare and present production reports and KPIs to management.
