Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, optimize advertising strategies, and improve lead quality while controlling acquisition costs.
Prepare regular advertising performance reports and recommend improvements.
Manage and optimize Google AdSense operations.
Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on Facebook Ads management experience is mandatory.
Practical Google AdSense experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and advertising analytics.
Ability to develop advertising strategies independently and demonstrate measurable results.
Good English communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to independently build, maintain, and promote websites.
Knowledge of WordPress, SEO, and Google Analytics 4.
Experience in international digital advertising campaigns.
