Responsibilities & Context
• Operational Management: Direct daily F&B activities across restaurants, coffee shops, lounges, and event spaces.
• Financial & Cost Control: Manage food and beverage sales budgets, labor costs (keeping labor ratios managed), profit margins, inventory control, and price analyses.
• Banquet & Event Coordination: Plan and execute large-scale group meetings, weddings, conferences, and banquets in close coordination with the executive chef and sales team.
• Quality & Hygiene Standards: Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and fire safety protocols in compliance with local regulations and 4★/5★ hotel standards.
• Staff Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate service crews, captains, and outlet supervisors to ensure high service standards.
• Guest Relations: Handle VIP guest feedback, resolve service complaints promptly, and build repeat business for the property.
