Required Skills and Qualifications:

BelleVie Global Health Services is seeking a skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to develop and maintain healthcare CRM platforms, websites, web applications, mobile applications, AI-powered solutions, and digital twin systems. The successful candidate will lead hands-on software development, system architecture, integration, deployment, and technical coordination to support the company’s integrated digital healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development: Develop responsive websites, healthcare CRM systems, dashboards, and business applications using React.js, TypeScript, Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and Tailwind CSS. Design REST APIs, authentication systems, database structures, and third-party integrations.
Mobile Application Development: Develop and maintain cross-platform Android and iOS applications using React Native or Flutter. Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs, notifications, authentication, and healthcare services.
Healthcare CRM Development: Build modules for user and organization management, partner onboarding, appointment scheduling, healthcare service coordination, approval workflows, reporting, and role-based access control.
AI Integration: Integrate AI-powered chatbots, intelligent search, document processing, workflow automation, and AI-assisted analytics into CRM and healthcare applications using suitable AI APIs and frameworks.
Digital Twin and IoT Systems: Contribute to digital twin development through real-time data integration, IoT connectivity, system monitoring, interactive visualization, and alert generation using appropriate technologies such as WebSockets, MQTT, and data visualization tools.
Software Architecture and Leadership: Design scalable and maintainable software architecture, conduct code reviews, guide developers, establish coding standards, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate technical development activities.
