Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BSc in Industrial Engineering/Industrial Planning from any reputed university will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrate quality team for finding the optimum level of performance & efficiency under a proper discipline.
∎ To co-ordinate with merchandising & sampling for orders and samples.
∎ To organize internal/external PP meeting alongside to review the size set & make report to present it to Buyer QA.
∎ To co-ordinate with QC Incharge, Line QC & QI for predictable & preventive defects by giving them briefing about the styling at the time of Line Layout/Setting.
∎ To do styling confirmation at the time of pilot run. Do measurement check, construction check & confirm the placement of EMB, Print & other accessories. Make a report & review the same with internal Production & Quality team.
∎ To co-ordinate with buyer QA on regular basis & give him feedback about the quality of ongoing production.
∎ To conduct inline & pre-final inspections for each & every Style/PO.
∎ Will ensure SOP desired quality standards of Buyer followed and meet.
∎ To give quality standards to each & every section approved/signed by him to maintain & sustain the quality level.
∎ To check daily reports of sewing & finishing & work on the top 5 defects.
∎ Need to co-ordinate with Merchant team, Buying QA, Internal fabric W/M, Fabric inspections & Accessories store for approved fabric swatches, Trim cards & related approvals along with internal & external testing reports as per buyer requirement.
∎ To ensure top sample & shipment samples are checked by him & buying QA before sending to buying office.
∎ Keep regular updates about buyer quality manual, packing methods & updates on SOP & other standards.
∎ To conduct daily cutting, sewing & finishing audits & submit report to GPQ Manager/ Quality Manager.
