Head of Factory Operation

Lead and manage all manufacturing operations to achieve daily, monthly and annual production targets.

Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, manpower, materials and factory resources.

Drive operational efficiency across production lines for MEP Accessories, MEP cables, MEP Fan, MEP Polymer, MEP Printing & Packaging and lighting products.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational waste.

Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and plant productivity.

Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.

Ensure effective preventive and predictive maintenance systems to minimize equipment downtime.

Oversee installation, commissioning and performance optimization of new machinery and production lines.

Monitor manufacturing costs and drive cost reduction initiatives.

Optimize factory productivity while controlling material wastage and operational losses.

Ensure efficient utilization of utilities and operational resources.

Ensure full compliance with workplace safety standards, labor regulations and environmental requirements.

Lead a strong safety culture to maintain a safe and accident-free workplace.

Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, HR, and Finance to ensure smooth production planning and execution.

Support new product introduction and manufacturing capability development.

Lead and develop department heads and supervisors to build a high-performance operations team.

Strengthen industrial relations and employee engagement.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Prepare and present factory performance reports to senior management.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department and give proposals to improve the lower KPIs team and coordinate with HR.
