• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve company sales and business growth targets.

• Lead and manage the marketing and sales team to ensure performance, productivity, and target achievement.

• Develop new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with local and international garment manufacturers, buying houses, sourcing offices, and apparel brands.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and identify opportunities to expand business with them.

• Identify potential markets, new customers, and emerging business opportunities in the garments accessories sector.

• Promote the company's product portfolio, including tapes and elastics, lace, flowers, tassels, pompoms, bows, and other garment accessories.

• Prepare marketing plans, sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for management.

• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and business agreements with clients while maintaining profitability.

• Coordinate with merchandising, product development, sampling, production, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments.

• Attend buyer meetings, business meetings, trade fairs, and industry networking events when required.

• Ensure effective customer follow-up, timely quotation submission, order conversion, and collection coordination with the relevant departments.

• Report marketing performance, sales pipeline, new business development, and market opportunities directly to top management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or a related discipline.

• Candidates with relevant professional qualifications and strong industry experience will receive preference.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the garments accessories industry.

• Previous experience in a senior marketing or business development leadership role will be highly preferred.

• Proven track record of developing new buyers, generating business, and achieving sales targets.
