Candidates with previous experience in Block Manufacturing, Concrete Products, Construction, RMC or Factory Production will be preferred.
Willingness to work in a factory environment and learn production processes is essential.

Responsibilities & Context
Assist machine operators in block production, handling, curing and packing activities.
Assist in loading, unloading, stacking and shifting raw materials and finished blocks.
Support workers during raw material batching, mixing and feeding operations.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the production area and machinery.
Assist in quality checking, sorting and proper stacking of finished blocks.
Handle materials, tools and equipment carefully as instructed by the supervisor.
Follow all factory safety rules, PPE requirements and production instructions.
Assist machine operators and maintenance personnel during routine operational activities.
Minimize material wastage and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Supervisor/Production Manager.
