🎯 Job Purpose

We are looking for a creative, experienced and responsible Design Team Leader to lead our entire Interior Design Department, ensuring high-quality design solutions, effective team management and timely project delivery.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete Interior Design Team.

• Develop design concepts, space planning and interior design solutions.

• Supervise 2D layouts, 3D visualization, detailed working drawings and material selection.

• Review and approve design work before client presentations and project execution.

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, budgets and design preferences.

• Manage design revisions, project deadlines and team workloads.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and Execution Teams.

• Ensure design accuracy, material specifications and practical execution feasibility.

• Maintain design quality standards and improve team productivity.

• Monitor multiple residential and commercial interior projects simultaneously.

• Guide team members, solve design-related problems and develop team capabilities.

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

💼 Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in interior design.

• Proven experience managing or supervising a design team.

• Strong portfolio of completed residential and commercial projects.

💻 Technical Skills

• AutoCAD

• 3ds Max

• V-Ray Renderer

• Photoshop and other relevant design software

• 2D Working Drawings, 3D Visualization and Interior Detailing
