Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise multiple interior design projects from planning to final handover.
Manage Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Designers, and other team members.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor site progress, workmanship, material quality, and project deadlines.
Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
Identify project risks and resolve site-level technical and operational issues.
Maintain quality control, workplace safety, and professional project documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections and project progress meetings.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for top management.
Improve team productivity, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Educational Requirements
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture.
Candidates with strong practical experience in interior project execution and team leadership will receive preference.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in interior design, construction, or project execution.
Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading a technical team.
Experience in residential and commercial interior projects is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent project planning, scheduling, and budget management abilities.
Practical knowledge of interior finishing, construction materials, BOQ, and quality control.
Strong client communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
