Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Support:
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
∎ Provide accurate information about Green Grocery's products, services, and policies.
∎ Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
∎ Document and track customer interactions to ensure effective follow-up and resolution.
∎ Telesales:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Green Grocery's products and services.
∎ Effectively communicate the value proposition of Green Grocery and address customer queries.
∎ Meet and exceed weekly and monthly telesales targets.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
