-Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers.

- Provide customers with accurate information regarding product features, benefits, and pricing over the phone.

- Understand customer needs to suggest suitable products and confirm orders.

- Drive sales by engaging with both new and existing customers.

- Follow up on pending and unconfirmed orders to secure their confirmation.

-- Assisting in resolving customer questions, complaints, and issues.

- Accurately entering and updating order information.

- Working towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

- Providing regular work reports as per the instructions of the team leader and management
