Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level
∎ Good academic background from any private & foreign university or English medium school.
∎ Pls dont apply who received degree from National University
∎ Major in BBA/ English/ O-Level/ A-Level will be highly preferred
∎ Fresher's can apply with amazing English communication skill.
∎ North South University,IBA, Dhaka University,University of Dhaka,East West University,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct & interact large amounts of outbound calls to USA to customers in a timely manner.
∎ Having awesome presentation & selling skill over phone.
∎ Having understanding of nice telephone etiquette
∎ Ability to learn various tools & systems for executions.
∎ Solve & achieve the given targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience eligibility: 1 year or above
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call Centre Training , Courier Service, Hotel management or any Multinational Company.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Good competency over MS office tools & typing speed.
∎ Smart, confident & impressive presentation.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ There is commission BDT 500 for each product sales with successful installation and end of month best seller`s will get reward $ 50.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Candidates with O-Level/ A-Level degree will be highly preferred.
∎ Good academic degree from any Reputed University / Undergraduates are also encouraged to apply.
