Customer Support through Phone, Call Centre Training, Customer Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customers enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Worked / studied abroad will be preferred
∎ No Absenteeism & Late Allowed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years

∎ A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline, O Level
∎ Fluency in English Speaking is our first priority, doesn't really matter what Educational background you are from.
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level or Fluent English Speaker)
∎ Experience in International Call Center (MCA Project) will get first priority with the best offer.

∎ Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of the six-month employment contract.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Skype, etc.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
