Ensure the lowest rate for Bank POS/ MFS Deposit use.
Ensure the lowest rate for bank swipe machine.
Collect Change Money from the nearest source without charge.
Verify the Authentication Vendor Claim Amount.
Daily Ensure Maximum Cash Deposit.
Ensure accurate DSC with Cash Card reconciliation.
Petty bill & Cash purchase properly maintained.
SSO Vs Outlet DSC closing balance.
Dash board Vs Physical manual book reconciliation.
Check every page and duplicate bill.
Regular update of manual bill in the system
Maintain 5S standards and ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the back store.
Ensure an expiry-free back store through regular product expiry checks and timely removal of expired items.
Ensure proper implementation and compliance with PEMS requirements.
Maintain accurate and regular attendance through the fingerprint attendance system.
Ensure punctuality by reporting to the office on time and complying with attendance policies.
