Accounts & Financial Operations

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in the cash book and bank book according to company policies and procedures.
• Handle daily banking transactions and related activities.
• Prepare vouchers and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Collect cash and cheques from clients as required.
• Process vendor bills and arrange payments in accordance with company procedures.

Banking & Documentation

• Handle Pay Orders (PO), Bank Guarantees (BG), Performance Guarantees (PG), and other banking-related documentation and activities.

Client & Vendor Communication

• Communicate with clients regarding project payments, outstanding dues, and other payment-related matters.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the team or management from time to time.
