Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and monitor interior fit-out and renovation works at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, BoQ, and project
- schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, Client, contractors, subcontractors,
- and suppliers.
- Prepare and review site measurements, material requirements, and work progress
- reports.
- Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, glass,
- and furniture installation works.
- Ensure proper quality control and maintain finishing standards at every stage of the
- project.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the design and
- project teams.
- Monitor material usage, labor productivity, and site activities to minimize wastage
- and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and project requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports, work schedules, measurement records, and project
- documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Prepare materials requisition as per required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management
