Jr. Executive - Call Center (Tele-sales)

0–1 year of experience in Telesales, Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Marketing.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Excellent communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, email, and internet browsing.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Ability to handle customer queries and follow up with leads professionally.

Familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage.

Academic background in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field will be an advantage.

Generate leads through outbound follow-up calls and convert potential customers into sales.

Handle both incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

Follow up with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.

Manage and respond to customer queries through phone and online channels.

Provide accurate product/service information and ensure excellent customer service.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Maintain regular communication with leads and customers to improve conversion.

Collect and record customer feedback and update customer information.

Maintain daily call, lead, follow-up, and sales records.

Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.

Achieve assigned sales, call, and conversion targets.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
