Responsibilities & Context
Lead and monitor sustainability initiatives across garment manufacturing operations.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, environmental regulations, and international sustainability standards.
Coordinate sustainability audits, assessments, corrective action plans, and compliance reporting.
Monitor energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and carbon emission reduction initiatives.
Work closely with factory management, Compliance, EHS, and other relevant departments to improve sustainability performance.
Maintain sustainability documentation, prepare reports, and follow up on improvement projects.
Support implementation of relevant environmental and social sustainability programs.
