Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be a graduate from reputed overseas or domestic University (preferably with English Medium Background)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate travel, visa and accommodation requirements for management members.
∎ Perform professional correspondence (phone calls, emails, and letters etc.) Activities on behalf of managing director.
∎ Prepare visa on arrival, assistance, noc letters.
∎ Organize and maintain schedule of managing director. Provide remainder and follow up on appointments as required.
∎ Provide support in arranging board meetings and follow-up with management members.
∎ Take meeting minutes as and when required.
∎ Create and maintain an effective filing system for all management information.
∎ Perform sourcing of equipment and items requested by the managing director.
∎ Liaise and follow-up with relevant business tasks assigned by management.
∎ Supervise maintenance of office assets related to the managing director /management team.
∎ Ensure payment of different bills relating to managing director.
∎ Collaborate on various employee engagement activities as requested.
∎ Suggest and help implement new and better working practices that improve centro as a company.
∎ Perform any other reasonable duties or tasks requested by the managing director or management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only FEMALE candidates are allowed to apply.
∎ At least 5 (five) years of working experience in a reputed corporate organization working in a similar role.
∎ Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
∎ Confident enough to arrange meeting and dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
∎ Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
