Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree preferred. A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct the development of departmental annual & quarterly marketing strategy and marketing plan based on evaluation of past performance, consumer/competitive/company trends, and marketplace SWOT.
∎ Oversee development of new products, programs, and processes to achieve and maintain industry leadership within category.
∎ Direct the establishment of pricing strategy and goals by category by marketplace / zone.
∎ Review competitive activity and set strategy across categories. Reviews past programming efficiency and effectiveness with Category Manager.
∎ Oversee the analysis of past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs, and regularly monitor stock movements to consider when new orders, markdowns, inter-branch transfer, promotions or clear outs are necessary.
∎ Ensure collection of order from reputed buyer.
∎ Coach the work of our marketing, sales, and merchandising staff to ensure productivity, overseeing the production and analysis of regular reports, as well as in pricing, and budgeting.
∎ Design and define the multi-channel promotional calendar, while driving footfall and increasing brand awareness through promotional campaigns, media advertising, social media, e-mail, PR, affiliate marketing and global marketing.
∎ Deal with the Buyers as per the organizational requirement.
∎ Design the presentation of products and managing promotions and displays of merchandise.
∎ Any other function as and when assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ In-depth understanding of merchandising methodologies and practicesand advertising strategies.
∎ Knowledge of P&L and financial management,
∎ Proven strong leadership and supervisory skills.
∎ Excellent financial, mathematical, statistical, marketing, merchandising, and consumer research background to read, interpret, and understand how internal and external factors influence financial results.
∎ Ability to make timely decisions and have a bias for action and speed.
∎ Advanced ability to read and interpret profit and loss statement and understand how the categories managed are affected.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and experienced in taking initiative and making decisive yet appropriate decisions.
∎ Strong commercial and negotiation skills
∎ Excellent project management skills: Manage timelines clearly and proactively with team and key partners to insure on-time execution
∎ People management skills
∎ Creative talent
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with fluency in English
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Apparel Factory, Apparel Liaison Office

Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on experience and qualification. Yearly salary review.
