Responsibilities & Context
Independently manage commercial bond and customs-related activities, including effective coordination and negotiation with Bond Customs Officers.
Handle deemed and composite bond licensing, renewal, amendment, and other related regulatory formalities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Customs Act, 2023, applicable SROs, and relevant customs regulations.
Demonstrate proficiency in online UP, UD, and BB portals and ensure accurate documentation and submission.
Ensure accurate material consumption calculations in accordance with applicable DEDO coefficients.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of HS Codes, customs classifications, and related compliance requirements.
Prepare annual bond audit documents, including Performance Sheets, Tofsil 03, 04, and 05, audit statements, and entitlement sheets.
Calculate production capacity and bond entitlement accurately, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage all other bond licensing activities and ensure timely completion of required documentation and regulatory submissions
