• Job Responssibilities:

  1. To arrange home loan for our prospective apartment buyers by the way of TPA, registration mortgage etc.

  2. Property & Legal Vetting: Review legal opinions on property titles, ownership history, encumbrances, and mortgage ability (such as deeds of mortgage, Tripartite Agreements, and Indemnity Bonds.)

  3. Portfolio & operations Oversight; Manage daily loan processing, underwriting, disbursment workflows, and pipekine tracking through Loan Orinination System (LOS)

  4. Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to banking regulations, central bank guidences, Fair Lending, and internal credit risk policies.

  5. Stakeholder & vendor Coordination; Liaise with corporate clients, relationship managers, legal firms, external appraisers, and regional operation centers to resolve pending documentation.

  6. Supervise mortgage officers or processing teams, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to product/ book growth strategies.

  7. Remortgages & Special Cases; Handle top- up loans, restructuring, and legal rescource or recovery proceeding where applicable.

  8. customer sourcing Liasion with all bank’s head office and branches.

  9. To prepare proposal & submission of related documents to bank officials and maintain personal realtionship with them.

  10. others as directed by CFO (RG)
