∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources
∎ PGD in HRM will get extra preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HRIS, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Labor Law, Leadership, Performance appraisal, Recruitment, Strategic Planning, Training & Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the capability to run full HR department
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Must be able to work with attendance, payroll management & all other HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Must have capability independently leading full HR department.
∎ To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staffs
∎ Develop / Prepare organizational road map.
∎ Develop HR policy procedures in light of company strategy.
∎ Develop & ensure performance management system.
∎ Handle employees' grievance, compliance in a proactive manner.
∎ Responsible for HR Planning, timely placement of the right employees.
∎ Responsible to focus good industrial highlights for others.
∎ Responsible to maintain healthy & safe workplace & employee welfare program.
∎ Ability to established effective communication channel between Management & workers.
∎ Ability to develop organization culture in light of corporate strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional level of English is required
∎ Dynamic, motivate, energetic and pro - active
∎ Ability to integrate the future into decision-making process.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
