Responsibilities & Context
* Conduct legal due diligence and provide legal opinions on land acquisition for real estate projects.
* Handle land title verification, land records, mutation, land disputes, and miscellaneous cases before land offices and relevant authorities.
* Manage criminal cases and labour disputes, including proceedings before Labour Courts and other competent authorities.
* Coordinate with the Group’s panel lawyers in conducting civil, criminal, land-related, and labour litigation.
* Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, agreements, deeds, and other legal documents.
* Advise Management on legal risks, litigation strategy, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
