Ensure timely outlet branding and signage.
Lead geo-targeted campaigns and new outlet launches.
Events & Activations
Plan events, activations, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Set budgets, KPIs, and target audiences and Measure engagement, sales impact, and ROI.
Digital Marketing
Lead digital and performance marketing.
Monitor acquisition, engagement, conversion, and ROI and Optimize campaigns and report performance.
CRM & Customer Growth
Drive acquisition, loyalty, retention, and reactivation.
Strengthen customer database and Club Member engagement.
Execute segmented and personalized campaigns.
PR & Partnerships
Manage PR, media, influencers, agencies, and partners.
Build brand visibility, reputation, and strategic collaborations.
Budget & ROI
Prepare and control marketing budgets.
Ensure efficient spending and resource utilization and Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Performance & Reporting
Establish and monitor marketing KPIs and dashboards.
Present performance reviews to management.
Use data and insights for improvement and growth.
Team Leadership
Lead the team with clear KPIs and accountability.
