Responsibilities & Context
• Develop and execute the business strategy, operational plan, and sales targets for the Solar Energy division.
• Identify new market opportunities, build relationships with key B2B clients, and secure solar installation projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from procurement and supply chain management to final project delivery.
• Ensure all business operations strictly comply with government regulations and licensing requirements.
• Manage the division's P&L (Profit and Loss), budget planning, and revenue forecasting.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the technical and sales teams to ensure high performance.
