Ali Ro-Jin Care Institute Ltd. (ARCI) is looking for a smart, confident, and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the company's marketing, sales, and business development activities. The ideal candidate must have proven experience (minimum 2 years) in at least one relevant field, such as hotel marketing and sales, real estate, apartment/flat sales, real estate share sales, or land and plot sales.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, leading sales activities, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving organizational sales targets.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets.

• Lead, supervise, and manage marketing and sales activities.

• Identify potential customers, investors, business partners, and new market opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and corporate partners.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, client meetings, and business presentations.

• Generate leads and convert prospective customers into successful sales.

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer demands.

• Prepare marketing plans, sales reports, and performance analyses.

• Coordinate with management to achieve organizational growth and revenue targets.

• Maintain professional communication and uphold the company's brand image.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

• MBA will be preferred.

• Minimum age: 25 years.

• Must have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in at least one of the following :

  • Hotel marketing or sales

  • Real estate marketing or sales

  • Apartment/flat sales

  • Real estate share sales

  • Land and plot sales

• Candidates with greater relevant experience and a proven sales track record will be given priority.

• Previous experience in a marketing leadership or managerial role will be an advantage.

• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Must have a good command of spoken and written English.

• Must be smart, confident, professional, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Must possess strong leadership, networking, and client relationship management abilities.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: BDT 40,000–50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Other benefits, employment terms, and company policies will be negotiable.
