Responsibilities & Context
Client Consultation & Guidance
Ø Provide clients with clear and accurate information about treatments, procedures, and skincare routines.
Ø Explain pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions in a simple and professional way.
Ø Maintain a friendly and supportive approach to ensure client comfort and confidence.
Assisting the Doctor
Ø Prepare the treatment room before procedures (cleaning, sterilizing tools, arranging materials).
Ø Assist the doctor during treatments by handling equipment, preparing products, and supporting patient needs.
Ø Follow all medical and safety guidelines strictly.
Patient Care & Handling
Ø Greet patients warmly and handle them with care, respect, and empathy.
Ø Ensure patient safety throughout the treatment process.
Ø Manage patient flow and maintain a calm environment during busy hours.
Treatment Support & Documentation
Ø Record patient information accurately in the system.
Ø Maintain proper documentation of performed procedures as per Company policy.
Ø Monitor stock levels of skincare products and consumables.
Company Policy & Professional Conduct
Ø Follow all company rules, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
Ø Maintain punctuality and discipline at all times.

Training & Knowledge Development
